I will most likely vote for Steve Poizner because of the Immigration issue. He was supporting the Arizona Immigration bill from the start. Even when the left wing liberals were spewing there propaganda of being a racist act in the News Media. Steve Poizner stood strong when his opponet Meg Whitman opposed it. Then she later finds out that a majority of Americans and more Californians supported the Arizona Bill and she starts backpeddling on her stance on Illegal Immigrants. Just stopping the flow of Illegal Immigrants will help control a large chunk of the California Budget.

My Vote will go to Steve, Itâ€™s about time someone stands up to fight for the Americans rather than the illegalâ€™s, I have lived in CA for 49 years and instead of watching this great state prosper I have witnessed its slow destruction, wasteful spending, Illegal immigration exploding, businesses moving out, taxes going through the roof etc. etc. etc. Itâ€™s time for a change and that time is now!

I was going to vote for Meg Whitman but discovered that she hadn't voted for a long time, and was a supporter of Al Gore and abortion...that was enough for me to change my vote...I hope that Steve will get really tough on Illegals and stop the flow through the desert from Mexico...the state and indeed the country is almost if not totally bankrupt and we can no longer afford the handouts to both other countries and to illegals...I support the Arizona law...that being said we must remember that it is not beyond the realm of possibilities that there is room there for over zealousness and tight controls on police involved with the stopping of illegals must be employed and profiling not acceptable...

The reason I have voted and helping him become the next Governor of California Because of his leadership in Public and Private sector. Steve will Lead our State to prosperity by keeping our taxes lower, creating a friendly environment for Small Business's, Improving our Education System and Shrinking the State Government. I was going to vote for Meg but her support of Boxer, Gore and all the money she has spent is just too much for me. I like that Poizner is supporting the AZ law. We have to make a stand sometime.

We support Steve Poizner because of his stance on immigration, abortion, and our second amendment rights. We believe he will do his best to stream line the states spending and ultimately help to bring California back as a state i can be proud to live in again. Having the NRA and Gun Owners of California Campaign Committee endorse him is a real plus.

My husband and I are both registered Republicans that have voted Democratic for some time now. Steve has returned us to our Republican roots and mainly due to the illegal immigration issues. As an hospital admissions tech in labor and delivery, I see first hand how illegals are taking full advantage of all the aid we have to offer and it is draining our state dry. My daughter is a freshman in high school and the cuts are hurting her education substantially while we continue to provide for those that come her illegally. It needs to stop. Thank you Steve for being brave enough to allow the citizens of California to stand up for themselves and their money!

I've got to say that I don't trust politicians as a general rule, especially Republicans, but if Steve here will do what needs to be done for California, namely stop giving illegals a free ride and incentives to hop the border in the first place, he's got my vote!

Not only am I going to vote for Steve Poizner I am going to encourage all my friends and family to do so..this illegal immigration stuff is completely out of hand out here and it's getting worse everyday. I am a Democrat but here lately the republicans seem to be speaking my language.
